[Today’s run: Artesia Road 6.0 miles]
I saw this little scene a few days ago and took the picture on my run this morning.
I am not sure what to make of this combination of signs. Doesn’t a Stop sign include an implicit Yield sign?
And there’s the Railroad Crossing sign which means you have the opportunity to tangle with a train. Which conflict you are sure to lose.
Is this a Stop++?
Maybe this is one of those “if you can’t” situations: Stop. But if you can’t stop then at least yield. But if you can’t yield then at least don’t get yourself killed.
If you don’t stop and you don’t yield, I wonder how many traffic violation tickets they will pin on the remains?
