[Today’s run: 2 miles (max)]
I went over to the running club in Starkville, but I just didn’t have it in me today. I don’t know if I’m catching a bug or lack of sleep from the dog’s thunderstorm aversion, or what the problem is. But that is as far as I went this time.
While I was in Des Moines I read the newspaper, the Des Moines Register. And there was a very strange full page advertisement. It is actually a paid-for notice and public apology. I found it very effective. I was impressed.
