[Today: rest day, Yesterday: 13.3 miles]
We ran 13.3 miles with the running club yesterday morning.
The rest of the day was pretty relaxed.
Then in the evening I went to the Mississippi State / Tennessee football game. It was a very good game. MSU always led but it looked like T might pull it out. MSU put it away in the the last few seconds. It was right at 1:00 AM by the time I arrived home.
Today we went to church then drove to Meridian to check out the course for our 1/2 marathon race in November. Lots of hills and lots of heavy-traffic roads. I hope they have good traffic management plans for this thing.

Be darned if’n MSU isn’t legit.
We’ve got TN this week, and then MSU the week after. Not looking forward to that game.
I thought MSU in the first half really looked good. I am not a football expert, but it looked to me like they were making plays happen. The quarterback was cool and hit the receivers. The runners found openings. The defense was not as good but did ok.
In the third quarter Tn had the ball most of the time and they were able to run quite a bit. They caught up in time-of-possession, pretty close.
In the fourth the magic came back and both teams did pretty well. MSU was able to stay ahead.
