[Today’s run: 2.25 miles]

I’ve finished most of the TS-830 repair.  I got all of the sub-boards repaired, got them all mounted back on the main RF board.  The RF board is back in the radio.

One problem: a nylon coupler piece between two shafts is split and won’t tighten.  I have ordered a replacement from K4EEA.  I had not seen that web page before.  He has a lot of the parts necessary to rebuild the Kenwood TS-520/820/530/830 radios.

I think mine is in OK shape once I get that coupler replaced.  Then I will fire it up and see how it plays.
