[today’s run 2.5 miles at the technology park]
When I returned from my run today the security guard at the door said he used to run but now has (unclear injury) which keeps him from doing it. He said it was good that I was out there.
I don’t usually see anyone else. Sometimes there are lone walkers and sometimes I see a single car parked by the road. Today’s car smelled a lot like MJ.
I’m getting a little faster I think.
