Running more

[Monday: 4.4 miles; Wednesday: 4.4 miles]

I’ve been slowly inching up on the scale over the past few months. So with the good weather and longer days I’ve added an evening Thursday run to my schedule. The regular plan is 3-4 on Monday and Wednesday mornings, 3-4 on Thursday evening, and 6-7 on Saturday morning. That puts me around 15-18 for the week.
