Gas prices have really taken off in the last couple of weeks. We seem to be in a mode of zooming up then settling back a bit, then zooming up again.
Now we are getting pretty close to $4/gal. I expect some of the more expensive parts of the country are already at that point.
My prediction: If gas is over $4/gal in October, President Obama will be defeated in a landslide.
