Better luck with the flowers this year

[Saturday: 11 miles in Starkville; today: 3.5 miles]

I bought some flowers at Lowes this year to put in the big pots on either side of the driveway.  I planted some flower seeds in the center part in case the started flowers didn’t take.  The started flowers have grown so much that they are overshadowing the seed sprouts.

The garage faces North and there is a bit of roof overhang.  I think the failure in the past has been lack of water, not getting enough rain exposure.  I’m trying to keep them watered this year.  So far, so good!
