[Thursday and Friday — no running]
Wednesday night we lost electrical power for about an hour as a series of thunderstorms came through. At one time we decided the trees where whipping around enough that maybe we needed to spend some quality time in the closet (our tornado safe spot, such as it is).
When things calmed down we had some roof shingles blown off but otherwise things look ok.
Then early on Thursday morning, before dawn, we were up and off for a quick trip to the Georgia coast to pick up some stuff. We drove all day Thursday, got to see the Atlantic just a bit, picked up the stuff today (Friday) and drove all day back.
I have not yet seen the yard or roof or the rest of the neighborhood in daylight. I have seen quite a bit of Alabama and Georgia countryside.
