End of tower work

[Today’s run: 3.5 miles]

Today I made another trip up the 100′ tower at the ham radio club.  I think this will be the last for awhile.

The last little bit of work to be done was to get the directional antenna pointed in the right direction in relation to the indicator down below.  That went smoothly.  I also did a little work on the feedline situation on the way down.

So now the “shack” at the ham radio club is equipped with a directional antenna for 20, 15 and 10 meters at 100 feet.  And we have a 2m/.70m vertical antenna mounted on top of the mast above the beam.  We already had a pair of dipoles at around 30 feet.  So the club station is in good shape for antennas.
