[Today’s run: 6+ miles]
Today I was able to get over to Starkville for the Saturday club run.
The temperature this morning was just under 40 degrees when we started. I wore a sleeveless mesh shirt and my regular running shorts, socks and ball-cap. It felt great. I was a bit cold at the start, but that didn’t last long.
Below about 35 degrees, I will wear a more substantial hat and maybe some cotton gardening gloves.

I admire you…and am trying to picture that at the same time. Happy winter running!
When it gets below freezing I’ll add a long sleeved shirt
and below zero it’s time to really bundle up. But we don’t get
that cold down in Mississippi.
