We sold my son’s old car this weekend, finished the transaction today.
I had listed it on craigslist without much result. Then I bought an advertisement in the newspaper classifieds and we received two calls and now it is gone.
So there is something to be said for the old-fashioned method. I guess that also shows where the people are in this market. The buyers of low-end cars are still watching the newspaper.
