More cards from the burro

I received another packet of QSL cards from the zero-land QSL Bureau  (affectionately know as “the burro”) and I’ve replied to them and sent the replies off to the ARRL HQ in the mail this morning.

QSL postcards are getting to be less of a tradition with ham radio, probably because of the postage, and also because of 2-3 alternative systems that have sprung up on the internet.  Sending a postcard to far flung parts of the world will set you back a couple of dollars in postage.  I guess that is not really too bad, considering.  But when you can send an email for free and even a phone call for not too much, that seems like a lot.
