Yesterday’s Run: 5.06 miles \u00a0Today’s Run: \u00a04.60 miles<\/p>\n
BRRrrrrr! \u00a0We have had some chilly weather the last couple of mornings and therefore have not put in all the miles we usually would have. \u00a0No excuses for us except that I am a wimp and do not like running in 25 degree F. weather. \u00a0Too cold for this girl. \u00a0Do you know that in almost 5 miles this morning that I did not even break a sweat!?! \u00a0That is too cold!<\/p>\n
We have just a few more days until Christmas. \u00a0Three days to be exact. \u00a0That meant we needed to get it into gear and deliver our annual Christmas gift to the neighbors. \u00a0Our neighbors are great and very tolerant of our little\u00a0idiosyncrasies.<\/p>\n
See, we keep honey bees on our property and I know that the bees can be a pain. \u00a0I am sure that they get “buzzed” every now and then when they are out of doors. \u00a0(Sorry about that!) \u00a0So, to keep the peace with our neighbors, my husband and I give them a jar of honey each year during the Christmas season. \u00a0They seem to genuinely like it and seem happy to get it. \u00a0That’s nice!<\/p>\n
Just wait until they learn that I am getting chickens for Christmas this year! \u00a0I will have to start giving them eggs, huh?<\/p>\n
