{"id":913,"date":"2012-12-12T23:30:35","date_gmt":"2012-12-12T23:30:35","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/w0ep.us\/TM\/?p=913"},"modified":"2012-12-12T23:30:35","modified_gmt":"2012-12-12T23:30:35","slug":"how-was-your-day","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/w0ep.us\/TM\/?p=913","title":{"rendered":"How Was Your Day?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Today&#8217;s Run: \u00a05.25 miles (9 x 400&#8217;s with 1 mile warm up)<\/p>\n<p>I thought I was having a good day. \u00a0Really I did! \u00a0That was before I talked to people on the phone today~boy, folks are Grouchy today.<\/p>\n<p>But, today was a unique day as well. \u00a0It is 12-12-12. \u00a0This is the last time in 1,000 years or so that we will be able to have consecutive number in the date like that. \u00a0So, to celebrate\/commemorate the official status of the day, my husband and I counted down the morning until 12-12-12-12-12 and took a picture of our atomic clock for proof.<a href=\"http:\/\/w0ep.us\/TM\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/12\/12-12-12-002.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-914\" title=\"12 12 12 12 12\" src=\"http:\/\/w0ep.us\/TM\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/12\/12-12-12-002.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1600\" height=\"1200\" srcset=\"http:\/\/w0ep.us\/TM\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/12\/12-12-12-002.jpg 1600w, http:\/\/w0ep.us\/TM\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/12\/12-12-12-002-300x225.jpg 300w, http:\/\/w0ep.us\/TM\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/12\/12-12-12-002-1024x768.jpg 1024w, http:\/\/w0ep.us\/TM\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/12\/12-12-12-002-400x300.jpg 400w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1600px) 100vw, 1600px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>It would have been cool (no pun intended) if the temp showed 12 also, but that would have been a bit chilly. \u00a0Maybe if we lived in Duluth or something, but not here in Mississippi.<\/p>\n<p>Talked to a man today in Jackson about a chicken tractor and honey bees. \u00a0He was a nice guy~not grouchy. \u00a0And he really liked to talk about his chicken tractors and his chickens! \u00a0I learned a lot from him. \u00a0Nice phone call.<\/p>\n<p>The run today was a rough one. \u00a09 x 400&#8217;s. \u00a0(that means a one mile warm up and then you run a 1\/4 of a mile as fast as you can nine times) \u00a0It always feels great to be done with that workout! \u00a0Seeing as we have another race on January 5, we need to buckle down and work a bit harder than usual.<\/p>\n<p>I think popcorn and a movie are in order for the evening. \u00a0Sounds pleasant!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Today&#8217;s Run: \u00a05.25 miles (9 x 400&#8217;s with 1 mile warm up) I thought I was having a good day. \u00a0Really I did! \u00a0That was before I talked to people on the phone today~boy, folks are Grouchy today.
