{"id":86,"date":"2012-05-05T18:03:28","date_gmt":"2012-05-05T18:03:28","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/w0ep.us\/TM\/?p=86"},"modified":"2012-05-05T18:03:28","modified_gmt":"2012-05-05T18:03:28","slug":"when-the-dog-bites-when-the-bee-stings","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/w0ep.us\/TM\/?p=86","title":{"rendered":"When the Dog Bites, When the Bee Stings&#8230;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Today&#8217;s Run: \u00a07 miles \u00a0time: 1:32<\/p>\n<p>This morning found us in Starkville with the running group. \u00a0The scheduled run was for thirteen miles but we only ran to the first water stop and back (seven miles). \u00a0It was a perfect morning for a run. \u00a068 degrees, sunny, light breeze&#8230;perfect! \u00a0The run went fast and then it was over to my parents for a quick gab session. \u00a0All in all, a super morning.<\/p>\n<p>Then we came home and got into the hives in the hopes of gathering some honey.
