{"id":815,"date":"2012-11-17T22:03:15","date_gmt":"2012-11-17T22:03:15","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/w0ep.us\/TM\/?p=815"},"modified":"2012-11-17T22:03:15","modified_gmt":"2012-11-17T22:03:15","slug":"icky-tummy","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/w0ep.us\/TM\/?p=815","title":{"rendered":"&#8220;Icky Tummy&#8221;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Today&#8217;s Run: \u00a08 miles<\/p>\n<p>We had great plans for today. \u00a0A full day in fact.<\/p>\n<p>We began the day with the running group. \u00a0While driving to Starkville, Mississippi, for running group, my stomach began feeling unhappy. \u00a0Just nerves for the upcoming run, I thought. \u00a0I thought wrong. \u00a0I had a bit of a stomach bug. \u00a0Rats. \u00a0Time for the Tums, I guess.<\/p>\n<p>When our children were little and their stomachs acted up, we called it &#8220;icky tummy&#8221;. \u00a0That seemed an appropriate title back then and it still does today. \u00a0There is nothing pleasant about having an upset digestive system. \u00a0It is icky and it is your tummy so, therefore, icky tummy!<\/p>\n<p>I have not been actively sick, thank heavens! \u00a0And have slept most of the afternoon. \u00a0I am a bit achy and cold&#8230;I just hope my husband stays well because tomorrow is his birthday and we have a luncheon planned and what a drag it would be to be sick on your birthday!<\/p>\n<p>Back to the day planned. \u00a0We were supposed to winterize the bees this afternoon then change the oil in my sons car. \u00a0Just two things, now that I think about it, but time consuming. \u00a0I guess there are other Saturday&#8217;s and we will get to our list. \u00a0Just, well, \u00a0bummer.
