{"id":705,"date":"2012-10-20T22:13:29","date_gmt":"2012-10-20T22:13:29","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/w0ep.us\/TM\/?p=705"},"modified":"2012-10-20T22:19:42","modified_gmt":"2012-10-20T22:19:42","slug":"its-a-beautiful-day","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/w0ep.us\/TM\/?p=705","title":{"rendered":"It&#8217;s a Beautiful Day&#8230;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Today&#8217;s Run: \u00a011.42 miles<\/p>\n<p>Today has been a picture perfect day!<\/p>\n<p>We began the day with our weekly &#8220;long run&#8221;. \u00a0Seeing as our half marathon is looming, our long runs are a bit longer that usual. \u00a0We ended up running for 2:44. \u00a0That is a very long time to run. \u00a0It probably would not have taken quite so long except there was a couple of miles of gravel that slowed us down. \u00a0Other than that, it was a wonderful run.<\/p>\n<p>A friend of mine has been digging out some monkey grass from her back yard. \u00a0She was going to kill it and give it a toss but I asked her not to. \u00a0You see, we are pouring the concrete for the arbor patio on Monday and I want to outline the patio with monkey grass. \u00a0So, my son and I went to her house after running group and picked up the grass. <a href=\"http:\/\/w0ep.us\/TM\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/10\/imgres1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-706\" title=\"monkey grass edging\" src=\"http:\/\/w0ep.us\/TM\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/10\/imgres1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"265\" height=\"190\" \/><\/a>\u00a0Cool beans!<\/p>\n<p>Now my husband is at the Mississippi State University homecoming football game. \u00a0Every game he has attended the Bulldogs have won. \u00a0He is their unofficial good luck charm. \u00a0So, he is hoping to not break his winning streak! HAIL STATE!!! \u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/w0ep.us\/TM\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/10\/imgres2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-707\" title=\"HAIL STATE!\" src=\"http:\/\/w0ep.us\/TM\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/10\/imgres2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"266\" height=\"189\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>And since it has been such a beautiful day, let&#8217;s sing along with Mr. Rogers&#8230;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=8FTac2fuaMs\">http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=8FTac2fuaMs<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Today&#8217;s Run: \u00a011.42 miles Today has been a picture perfect day!
