I have found a new recipe~Eggs in Purgatory. \u00a0I ran across this recipe from a friend in Great Britain. \u00a0She used it and I was\u00a0intrigued with the name and had to find out what it was and how to make it.<\/p>\n
Eggs in Purgatory is a simple recipe. \u00a0There are many variations online but the one I use is:<\/p>\n
Hot Marinara sauce on a plate<\/p>\n
Potato pancake on top of the Marinara sauce<\/p>\n
Fried eggs (over easy is how we have them here) on top of the Potato pancake<\/p>\n
Shredded Parmesan cheese on top of the egg<\/p>\n
A dash or two of Louisiana hot sauce<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
Ta-Dah!!! \u00a0Easy, Easy, Easy!!! \u00a0Yummy and filling. So, the next time you are making mashed potatoes, make a little extra and give this easy recipe a try.<\/p>\n
