Today’s Run: 1.78 miles and 50 min lifting at the “Y”<\/p>\n

Friday is was cloudy. \u00a0Saturday is rained. \u00a0Sunday it rained. \u00a0Monday it rained. We got a lot of rain! \u00a0We received a total of 3.70 inches of rain. \u00a0That is a lot of rain.<\/p>\n

I thought I was done mowing for the season. \u00a0Ha! Ha! \u00a0Friday the grass was short and brownish and today (the sun came out at mid-day) it is a pretty green and long. \u00a0So, tomorrow or the day after, depending on how mushy the ground is, I will pull the mower out and cut the grass~again.<\/p>\n

Complaining about cutting the grass is fun but the reality is, I really enjoy mowing. \u00a0If I had my way, and if I had the money, I would buy a tractor and a bush hog and mow for extra money. \u00a0I really like mowing. \u00a0But as it is, I will have to be content with my really cool, zero turn radius, John Deere mower (so you see, it really is not a hardship~I do not have to do a push mower or anything like that).<\/p>\n

Also, once the ground dries out a little, we will have to get to work scraping the ground to pour the concrete slab and finish up the arbor\/pergola! \u00a0Once that slab is poured that project is fine’. \u00a0Cool Beans, huh?<\/p>\n

One last little note, the property in Bemidji is for sale! \u00a0Hmmm…<\/p>\n
