Today’s Run: \u00a04.61 mile<\/p>\n

For a while now I have been wanting a unique mouse pad. \u00a0Something that no-one else would have. \u00a0Not a pretty waterfall or a logo from some company that I have never heard of but something very…me.<\/p>\n

I mentioned this to my husband a couple of weeks ago and began keeping an eye out for mouse pads. \u00a0You know, there are a lot of mouse pads for sale! \u00a0And do you know what else? \u00a0They are pretty much all the same five pictures. \u00a0Boring. \u00a0So, my husband says to me, :Why don’t you just make one?”. \u00a0Oh! \u00a0I did not know you could do that. \u00a0Interesting idea.<\/p>\n

I began to research mouse pads online and found that it was\u00a0relatively easy to do. \u00a0You pick out a photo, email it in and send them some cash. \u00a0Simple. \u00a0So, what photo to use?<\/p>\n

After a great deal of thought, the only thing that is very unique to me is my dog, \u00a0Paxton, aka: Paxton the Destroyer or\u00a0affectionately, “Bozo”. \u00a0So, I selected my favorite pic of Paxton and sent it in. \u00a0At first they said it would come in the mail by this coming Friday (Sept. 28). \u00a0Then they said that it would arrive by this coming Wednesday (Sept. 26)~that was sounding mighty fine to me. \u00a0So imaging my surprise when I got the mail today (Mon. Sept. 24) and Ta-Dah!!! there is was! \u00a0Cool Beans!!!<\/p>\n
