{"id":611,"date":"2012-09-18T23:40:55","date_gmt":"2012-09-18T23:40:55","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/w0ep.us\/TM\/?p=611"},"modified":"2012-09-18T23:40:55","modified_gmt":"2012-09-18T23:40:55","slug":"repercussions","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/w0ep.us\/TM\/?p=611","title":{"rendered":"Repercussions"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Today&#8217;s Run: \u00a0Huge Rest day<\/p>\n<p>Yesterday my husband and I went to get our annual flu shot. \u00a0No big deal. \u00a0We get one every year. \u00a0We went to our local Rite Aid Pharmacy and paid up and they gave each of us our injection for the year and our very own band aid! \u00a0Cool Beans!<\/p>\n<p>Last evening, I noticed my arm was getting a bit sore. \u00a0I mentioned it to my husband and his was a little sore, too. \u00a0Well, I thought that if our arms were feeling the affects of the shot then maybe we should take a day off from running. So, that is what we decided, no running.<\/p>\n<p>Fast forward to this morning. \u00a0Augh! \u00a0We were so tired! \u00a0We fluctuated between really, really hot and really, really cold. \u00a0We were achy. \u00a0We were stiff.
