Today’s Run: \u00a03 miles<\/p>\n
Today was a day for visiting old friends and old places. \u00a0My husband and I met up with an old friend from High School, met his wife and went to our favorite restaurant from our early married years. \u00a0Hickory Park.<\/p>\n
I have been looking forward to going to Hickory Park for a number of weeks. \u00a0This place makes great cheeseburgers, huge ice cream creations but the thing they are famous for (in my book) is their fried cheese balls. \u00a0We all ordered and had a great time catching up on the past thirty years. \u00a0We ate our lunch, paid and toddled on out to the car and drove off before I realized that, we had forgotten to order any of those cheese balls! \u00a0Can you believe it!?! \u00a0All this waiting and I forgot. \u00a0Oh well, my waistline will thank me tomorrow.<\/p>\n
