A 3 week taper probably isn&#8217;t going to be pretty.<\/p>\n<p>Let&#8217;s be honest, I&#8217;ve never tapered graciously. \u00a0I get punchy. \u00a0I get super silly. \u00a0I post waaaayyy too many incredibly lame jokes on social media. ie: &#8220;I was going to buy a book on phobias, but I was afraid it wouldn&#8217;t help me.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m fortunate in that I have incredible friends on social media! \u00a0The fact that the majority of them are runners, they understand and can commiserate with the challenges tapering presents.<\/p>\n<p><a
