Today’s Run: \u00a050 min lifting at the “Y”<\/p>\n

I began an\u00a0odyssey\u00a0about 2 1\/2 years ago to lose some weight. \u00a0It really was not a decision, it kind of fell into my lap. \u00a0I had been placed on some medication that at the time had caused me to gain a lot of weight and then go toxic on another. \u00a0A lose~lose situation! \u00a0But that toxicity made me lose quite a bit before I even realized it! \u00a0Cool Beans!!!<\/p>\n

So, I made the conscious decision then to continue on the weight loss journey. I am now at the one pound to go to reach my goal point! \u00a0Bells and Whistles!!! \u00a0But there has been one expensive drawback. \u00a0Clothing.<\/p>\n

In the past 2 1\/2 years, I have dropped from a size 22 to a (presently) 4. \u00a0Every couple of months I am back at my home away from home, JC Penney. \u00a0I so not know what I would have done without them. \u00a0My husband likes to grumble about the card balance because it seems like I am always buying a new outfit or two (actually, for each size I have worn, I have had a total of three outfits~I do a lot of laundry).<\/p>\n

Today, I realized that I needed new tops. \u00a0The ones I had been wearing were (literally) falling off of me. \u00a0So, JC Penney here I come…And came home again with seven new tanks to finish out the Summer. \u00a0They had their tanks on sale for $4.00 a piece! \u00a0Well, I could not just pass that up, could I?<\/p>\n

So, for our upcoming vacation, I will have new tops and the same old shorts and skorts. \u00a0But they will all go together!\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
