Today’s Run: \u00a050 Min lifting at the “Y”<\/p>\n

Today is a picture perfect day! \u00a0After a rather difficult week last week, this one has started off with a bang.<\/p>\n

If you recall, last Wednesday I dropped a 10lb. plate on my foot in the weight room. \u00a0That meant I could not get my shoes on to do anymore exercising. \u00a0That meant that I got grouchy because of the lack of endorphines (the “Happy Hormones” you get from exercising). \u00a0But never fear! \u00a0Today I got my shoes on and went to the gym. \u00a0Bells and Whistles!<\/p>\n

Then as soon as we got home from the “Y”, the house appraiser came to look at the house. \u00a0This is a positive development as we have been waiting for one and a half weeks for this person to show up. \u00a0Yeah!<\/p>\n

After lunch, I had time to paint! \u00a0I have a custom order that I have been wanting to work on and I had the time available to spend on that. \u00a0Relaxing!<\/p>\n

Soon, it will be a trip into town for errands. \u00a0One of those errands is going back to the “Y” to pick up a T-shirt that I earned for the month of June. \u00a0I participated in the Mile-A-Day Marathon. \u00a0The goal of this is to get people to walk\/run at least the\u00a0equivalent of one mile a day during the month of June to equal the distance of a marathon race (26.2 miles). \u00a0I have completed the distance of two marathons this month. Success!<\/p>\n

So, this has been a wonderful Monday and I trust yours has been too! \u00a0Here is a pic of the custom order I have been painting on. \u00a0It is a pic of a Hibiscus. \u00a0Hopefully you can at least tell it is a flower\/\"Hibiscus<\/a><\/p>\n
