Today’s Run: \u00a04.21 miles<\/p>\n

Today was the day that I was\u00a0privileged to go to Wal-Mart and do my bi-monthly grocery shopping. \u00a0This is a day that I look forward to with bated breath! \u00a0A day to fill my empty larder with all sorts of goodies and necessities. \u00a0A day to fight through the amazing crowds and wait in the never ending line at the checkout.<\/p>\n

Because I have a baby shower to attend tomorrow, I ended up purchasing more than usual (I needed to get my gift(s)) and ended up with two shopping carts by the time I was done. \u00a0I spent $375.00! \u00a0An amazing amount of money for two weeks groceries for three people and some baby shower stuff! \u00a0Well, if I am spending that kind of money and then waiting for over thirty minutes in checkout, I deserve some decent service. \u00a0No?<\/p>\n

The produce department did not have four of the items I needed (that means another trip to Kroger) and they were not nice when I asked about it. \u00a0The shelves were not stocked. \u00a0But the doozey was the checkout lady. \u00a0I am a pretty tolerant person but I have never~Ever! encountered such a rude\/mean person in all my life! \u00a0She really took the cake! \u00a0EWWW! \u00a0She made me so mad! \u00a0Good thing I do not get mad easy or I could have let her have it.<\/p>\n

Oh well…all that is done. \u00a0My groceries are put away and the baby shower gift is ready for tomorrow. \u00a0The only thing I did not do was get a card~I forgot. \u00a0I think I will let my husband take care of that. \u00a0No?\"Baby<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
