Got a little bit of a late start on this Sunday morning. \u00a0We slept great last night and ended up sleeping a little bit later than usual.<\/p>\n
MFH likes to make pancakes for breakfast on Sunday mornings~he has almost every Sunday morning since we’ve been married. \u00a0When the kids were little, they loved Sunday mornings because that meant pancakes. \u00a0The dogs always loved Sunday mornings, too, because they got all the leftover pancakes. \u00a0It was an all around win.<\/p>\n
Seeing as we were running behind this morning, the pancakes were a little later than usual, too. \u00a0No big deal. \u00a0It did mean that I started my, “Hurry and get some miles in before we go to church” run, late.<\/p>\n
My schedule called for 6 miles this morning. \u00a0I had time for a 5K (3.1 miles). \u00a0Like I said, no big deal. \u00a0I got a few miles in and that’s what counts.<\/p>\n
When I ran, though, it wasn’t windy or anything. \u00a0It was chilly but not terrible. \u00a0All in all, it was great running weather.<\/p>\n
Once church let out, though, a breeze had picked up! \u00a0It was “brisk.”<\/p>\n
MFH (My Favorite Husband) and I were walking to the car (We park on a side street. \u00a0There isn’t a parking lot for our church seeing as it is on Main Street.) when the wind blew kind of hard.<\/p>\n
Without blinking an eye, I handed out my words of wisdom for the day. \u00a0I mean, this was a goodie. \u00a0You might want to tuck this little nugget away for future use:<\/p>\n
“This breeze is breezy!!!”<\/p>\n
MFH gave me the funniest look and deadpan replied, “Yes, I suppose it is.”<\/p>\n
