Back when #1 Daughter was a little girl, we would sit down as a family to watch a movie. \u00a0We never owned a Television, so we would watch on a computer or sometime a little later we did have a TV that we hooked up to a VHS (see, a looooong time ago). \u00a0We didn’t have any cable and were unable to receive any stations so it was strictly VHS stuff.<\/p>\n
This was pre-Netflix days.<\/p>\n
The kids (#1 Daughter and #1 Son) liked to watch “scary” movies. \u00a0It was pretty tame stuff but it had the thrill factor for them seeing as they were so little.<\/p>\n
We would be watching the show, (it didn’t matter how many times we would have seen a particular movie) and a scary part would pop up. \u00a0Once that scary part arrived, that is when #1 Daughter went into action…<\/p>\n
See, she would get really, really scared. \u00a0When the Boogey man showed up, she would jump up, run in circles and scream, “Eeeeeeekkkk!!!” and run out of the room. \u00a0She would then stand around the corner and ask if the scary part was done yet. \u00a0She demanded to know what was happening in the movie. \u00a0When it was all clear, she would come back into the room and we would all resume watching the show.<\/p>\n
Pretty soon, here would come the Boogey man again and “Eeeeeekkkk!!!” \u00a0Away she would run and we would do it all over again.<\/p>\n

We still chuckle about that. \u00a0Funny kid. \u00a0Great memories!<\/p>\n
So, tonight we were watching Blue Bloods on Netflix. \u00a0I really, really like that show!!! \u00a0Tonight, though, it was intense. \u00a0Not scary. \u00a0Not gory~just very suspenseful!<\/p>\n
The next thing I know, there I am walking out of the room. \u00a0I was not going “Eeeekkkk!!!” \u00a0Nope. \u00a0I was saying, “Oh! \u00a0This is very bad. \u00a0He’s going to be in so much trouble!” \u00a0Etc.<\/p>\n
I found myself around the corner asking if it was over and what was happening. \u00a0#1 Son and MFH (My Favorite Husband) were laughing at me! \u00a0Can you believe that!?!<\/p>\n
