I kinda woke up this morning.<\/p>\n
Today was my 10 mile day. \u00a0On Sunday’s MFH (My Favorite Husband) has taken to waking me up at 4:30 am to make sure I get my list of responsibilities completed before church at 10:15 am. \u00a0It is a real squeeze for me to get everything done.<\/p>\n
My list? \u00a0Eat his tasty pancakes, have a cup of coffee, run 10 miles, shower, beautify and get to church.<\/p>\n
Last night neither one of us set our alarms. \u00a0Oops.<\/p>\n
Well, backtrack to yesterday. \u00a0I was really, really tired yesterday, too. \u00a0I tried two different times to lay down for a nap but both times, the phone kept on ringing. \u00a0No nap for me. \u00a0The guys spent the day fishing. \u00a0I stayed home and did housework, etc.<\/p>\n
So, when he woke me up at 6:00 this morning, I was shot. \u00a0I staggered to the table and tried to eat. \u00a0I make it through maybe half a pancake, no coffee and went straight back to bed. \u00a0No run. \u00a0Phooey on that.<\/p>\n
MFH woke me up around 10:00 as he was getting ready for church. \u00a0Rats. \u00a0I was running late. \u00a0I told he I would hurry and get ready. \u00a0He told me I did not have time to get ready and to just stay home.<\/p>\n
I showered and got ready and started mowing. \u00a0I mowed for 1 1\/2 hrs when he came home from church. \u00a0He brought lunch! \u00a0That was nice. \u00a0I really was too tired to eat lunch, too. \u00a0I ate about half of my sandwich and went back to bed. \u00a0It was raining (thunderstorm) so I knew that mowing was a bust.<\/p>\n
3:00 pm. \u00a0I am awake again. \u00a0I have a headache from no coffee. \u00a0Take a couple of Advil, start the washer. \u00a0Sweep the floors and run the sweeper. \u00a0Mop. \u00a0What are the guys doing? \u00a0Playing video games. \u00a0They know this stuff needs to be done but they elect to play games instead. \u00a0Probably a smart decision.<\/p>\n
What was NOT a smart decision was to stop their game and walk through my floor as I was mopping. \u00a0I was told that they kept the bottom of their shoes clean. \u00a0I had the privilege of mopping that section of the floor twice.<\/p>\n
I sat down and cried. \u00a0I am too tired. \u00a0I am doing too much. \u00a0I am not getting much help.<\/p>\n
So, MFH says to me, “You are doing to much.”<\/p>\n
“Really!?!”, I thought.<\/p>\n
“You have to give something up.” He told me. \u00a0“Either your MFP, your FB page you manage, your chickens, running, something has to go.”<\/p>\n
I’m thinking to myself, “A little help around the house would make it all a LOT easier!”<\/p>\n
I know that my thinking this way is just my being tired and completely worn out but, A Little Help Here!!!<\/p>\n
