Today will be a mish-mash of stuff.<\/p>\n
First things first. \u00a0I ran the frontage road again this morning but only half way. \u00a0I only went as far as the airport exit and then hitched a ride back home. \u00a0I will probably end up running this road quite a bit. \u00a0I like it! \u00a0For those of you who may be curious, the things that I found along the road yesterday, were gone. \u00a0I am assuming that law enforcement people did their job and collected them.<\/p>\n
The frontage road on the North side, is so much nicer than the South side. \u00a0The drivers are nice! \u00a0They move over for you instead of blowing you off the road. \u00a0They drive with both hands! \u00a0Now there is a novel idea!!! It makes for a lovely run.<\/p>\n
I did manage to get a whale of a blister on the bottom of my right foot today. \u00a0It hurts to walk on it. \u00a0I stopped by the pharmacy this afternoon and picked up some New Skin and I will doctor up my foot here in a little bit. \u00a0I have been having a problem with a hot spot on that foot and today it turned into a blister. \u00a0Oh well…it was bound to happen.<\/p>\n
We are supposed to have some “inclement weather” this evening so I hope it is passed before tomorrow’s run! \u00a0It is supposed to be a rough night as far as weather is concerned.<\/p>\n
That medication for waking me up? \u00a0It works like a charm! \u00a0I set my alarm for 6:00 am and stagger to the kitchen. \u00a0Take it and stagger back to bed. \u00a0In about 20-30 minutes, my eyes pop open and I am good to go! \u00a0I do not know what is in this stuff but boy, it is really something!<\/p>\n
Our radio station, MWFH-LP.org is still in the works. \u00a0I have not mentioned it much for a while. \u00a0Our T-shirts should be done next Tuesday and will be for sale on the web site I just mentioned. \u00a0I think they are going to be really nice! \u00a0I am excited about that!!!<\/p>\n
The chickens are getting along better. \u00a0The baby chickens are still hesitant to go to bed at night and delay it until the very last possible second. \u00a0The instinct to roost my be very, very strong in chickens. \u00a0Those poor things do not like going upstairs to roost but do it of their own accord. \u00a0Silly chickens. \u00a0We are still getting lots and lots of eggs every day and eating lots and lots of eggs!<\/p>\n
Paxton is slowing down as it is warming up here in Mississippi. \u00a0He does not do well when it is hot. \u00a0Boy, he is going to hate it when July gets here! \u00a0Last year, we got him a kiddie swimming pool. \u00a0The only way he would use it is if I got in it, too. \u00a0Then he had a great time! \u00a0What a dog!!!<\/p>\n
The cats, Kali and Castro, have been getting along lately! \u00a0That is very much out of character.\u00a0Hope nothing is wrong!<\/p>\n
