As Winnie the Pooh would say, “Oh Bother!”<\/p>\n
Went to see the Internist Dr. today.<\/p>\n
Good news first. \u00a0I have not gained any weight! \u00a0I have not lost any weight. \u00a0I am staying the same on that aspect. \u00a0My Thyroid is peachy. \u00a0My blood work looks great. \u00a0All that checked out great!<\/p>\n
But that does not explain the fatigue. \u00a0That deep, deep fatigue.<\/p>\n
So, hang onto your hats. Here is what he thinks is happening.<\/p>\n
There is this thing in your brain, we will call it a “switch.” \u00a0This switch clicks off at night time so you can sleep and back on in the morning so you wake up. \u00a0My switch is not working. \u00a0It is stuck in the “Off” position. \u00a0Lovely.<\/p>\n
That means medication. \u00a0Rats. \u00a0I do not like taking medication. \u00a0He warned me that this is “expensive stuff” and gave me a coupon to help cut the cost of the medication. \u00a0I am almost afraid to go to the pharmacy!<\/p>\n
This evening, after my husband finishes work, we will go to the pharmacy and fill it and find out what the Dr. thinks expensive really is \u00a0 \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n
I need to do something. \u00a0I have lost two days of training. \u00a0That is only two days but two days X two days adds up fast to a week or two!<\/p>\n
