Today’s Run: \u00a0Eleven very long miles.<\/p>\n
Earlier this week, I noticed that our neighbors house was having a bit more traffic that usual. \u00a0And that people were dressed a little fancier, too. \u00a0Did not give it a second thought.<\/p>\n
Then, I noticed an obituary in the newspaper with a familiar name. \u00a0Funny, I have a neighbor with that name. \u00a0But dummy me did not put two and two together.<\/p>\n
Today we had a funeral procession go down our street and stop at the neighbors house. \u00a0Boy, do I feel stupid! \u00a0The entire week I could have been doing something to help like: \u00a0cook a meal, cut their grass, anything…but no ~ I did my own thing and ignored the entire situation. \u00a0So, now, (finally) I am going to send some flowers. \u00a0They have a lot of people visiting and having me come over would be BAD. \u00a0Just suffice it to say, from now on I will pay a bit more attention to the people around me and try to be a better neighbor.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
