What a week I have had.<\/p>\n
What a week I have had and I have had it solo.<\/p>\n
MFH (My Favorite Husband) has been gone on a business trip. \u00a0We live in Mississippi and he has been in Colorado.<\/p>\n
We moved here to Mississippi 4 1\/2 years ago from Colorado. \u00a0It has been quite the change as far as culture is concerned but we really like it. \u00a0MFH still has his Colorado job. \u00a0He telecommutes. \u00a0One of our bedrooms is his office and he works from there via internet. \u00a0Does all the stuff he did in Colorado but from the comfort of our home. \u00a0Pretty cool beans, huh?<\/p>\n
Every six months or so, we take a trip out to Colorado. \u00a0Just to check in with his co-workers so they do not forget who he is and to visit our daughter. \u00a0She still lives there.<\/p>\n
I was unable to go with him this visit. \u00a0Baby chickens, grown up chickens, one dog, two cats and a bazillion bees to feed. \u00a0Too much stuff to have a person come in to do.<\/p>\n
Our son usually house sits for us while we are gone but he was on a trip himself! \u00a0Lucky duck. \u00a0That left me. \u00a0I was sad to not get to see our daughter but at the same time, a little down time was nice, too.<\/p>\n
You may have noticed by now that I am a talker. \u00a0Chatter, chatter, chatter. \u00a0It would drive most people batty to live with me~MFH is a saint. \u00a0Seeing as we have been together since the first day of 8th grade, he KNEW what he was getting himself into. I do not feel sorry for him one bit \u00a0 \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n
So, I was on my own this week. \u00a0Most of the time.<\/p>\n
Monday, my son came home from his trip. \u00a0I drove to the Delta of Mississippi to pick him up and drive him home. \u00a0We had a lovely drive. \u00a0Good times! \u00a0After Monday, I was not too terribly lonely. \u00a0My son called frequently to check on me.<\/p>\n
The animals were well behaved.<\/p>\n
I forgot to feed the bees. \u00a0Oops.<\/p>\n
I had a Dr appointment about my stress fracture. \u00a0It is healing nicely.<\/p>\n
Finally, yesterday came! \u00a0MFH was supposed to come home!<\/p>\n
His shuttle to DIA (Denver International Airport) came and picked him up at 5:40 a.m. \u00a0Off they went to the airport. \u00a0Through TSA. \u00a0To the gate. \u00a0Delayed. \u00a02 hour delay. \u00a0First flight of the day. \u00a0Delta Airlines. \u00a0Boo.<\/p>\n
He finally made it to Atlanta. \u00a0Literally ran to the next gate. \u00a0Made it with a few seconds to spare. \u00a0Delayed. \u00a02 hours. \u00a0Delta Airlines. \u00a0Boo.<\/p>\n
His 3:30 p.m. arrival time in Columbus, Mississippi? \u00a0He arrived a 6:30 p.m. \u00a0Delta Airlines. \u00a0Johnny. On. The. Spot.<\/p>\n

MFH is Home!!! \u00a0I am so happy!<\/p>\n
