The news is, yes. \u00a0I have a stress fracture. \u00a0I also have swelling inside of the bone. \u00a0I guess I just assumed that if you had a fracture, you had swelling. Seeing as he made an issue of this, maybe not? \u00a0Dunno.<\/p>\n
I have to spend the next two weeks not putting my left food down at all~if I can help it.<\/p>\n
That means two more weeks of crutches.<\/p>\n
I am getting pretty good on those things! \u00a0I can go ahead, backwards and sideways both left and right! \u00a0Cool beans, huh?<\/p>\n
I do have a tendency to get lazy for short distances and just gimp a few steps. \u00a0No more. \u00a0I received a mini lecture about doing that. \u00a0Crutches. \u00a0Do not put your left foot down. \u00a0Do not pass GO. \u00a0Do not collect $200.00.<\/p>\n
Boy. \u00a0Ain’t that the truth. \u00a0The $200.00. \u00a0I had to peel off $300.00 today to meet my deductible. \u00a0Boo. \u00a0Lucky for them we just got paid and had the money in the account.<\/p>\n
