Today’s Run: \u00a0Rest Day<\/p>\n

I have an acquaintance on Google+.<\/p>\n

I am not a huge fan of Google+. \u00a0Too many people can just add you and see your posts. \u00a0It is kind of creepy when you think about it. It is probably the same if not worse on FB but I feel the invasion of privacy more on Google+ than on FB. \u00a0Maybe I am naive…<\/p>\n

Anyway, I do have one acquaintance, someone with whom I communicate frequently. \u00a0We are on a few running communities together and accidentally found out that we are registered for the same 50 miler on March 1st. \u00a0Small world, huh?<\/p>\n

We were talking yesterday and I mentioned my quad injury. She had experienced a similar injury a month ago and had purchased a quad compression sleeve. \u00a0Interesting!<\/p>\n

She told me the manufacturer and where she had purchased it.<\/p>\n

I got online and bought one. \u00a0It should be delivered on Monday.<\/p>\n

I don’t know if I am going to rest my leg all the way until Monday, but I am really looking forward to trying out that sleeve. \u00a0Hope it helps!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
