Today’s Run: \u00a04.03 miles<\/p>\n
I had the strangest thing happen today. \u00a0Well, at least I think it was strange.<\/p>\n
You all know I blog just about every day. \u00a0I especially like to write about my running. \u00a0I try not to write about my running every. single. day. but it is a predominate topic, I realize that.<\/p>\n
A week or so ago, I wrote a post about my Glimmer Gear LED sleeves that I had received as a Christmas present. \u00a0I was and still am, very enthusiastic about these sleeves. \u00a0Imagine my surprise when today I found on my blog a comment on that particular post from Glimmer Gear themselves! \u00a0Wow!<\/p>\n
They were very kind and almost as enthusiastic as I am about their product~which they should be, it is a great product! \u00a0And then they went on to offer me a discount code for the holiday’s! \u00a0Cool Beans!!! \u00a0How awesome is that!?!<\/p>\n
So, I guess people really do read my blogs. \u00a0My question is: \u00a0How did they find out about my post!? \u00a0I guess stranger things have happened. \u00a0And like I said they were kind, even generous. \u00a0They could have sent me hate mail, you know!<\/p>\n
This is just a FYI: \u00a0On this coming Wednesday’s run (Yes, I did not plan my schedule well and I have a BIG training run on Christmas Day) I will pass my goal of running over 1,400 miles for the 2013 calendar year. \u00a0I am very excited about this!<\/p>\n
Continue to wish me well as I train for this Ultra. \u00a0I am a bit weary around the edges but the race is really not that far off. \u00a0I am on week 8 of a 15 week training program. \u00a0More than half way!!! \u00a0Cool Beans!!!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
