What a great idea!!!

January 1, 2013, I recorded my first run of the New Year and I have been faithfully recording each run this entire year.

During this year, I also upgraded my Garmin from the FR 305 to the 310XT. They are pretty much the same thing except BETTER! Now, I get the weather conditions for the run, too! Gotta love it!

So, for those of you who are curious, my miles run goal for this year was to be able to run 1,000 miles over the course of the 12 months of 2013. My miles as of this morning…drum roll please…..1,141.31 miles! Pretty Cool Beans!!!

Today’s Run: Rest Day Today is a rest day. I have a love/hate relationship with rest days. I love them because I am physically exhausted and need the rest and hate them because I feel lazy and unproductive. Seeing as today is a rest day, I decided to go over some of my “Data.” Data?
