{"id":1896,"date":"2013-09-19T14:47:33","date_gmt":"2013-09-19T19:47:33","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/w0ep.us\/TM\/?p=1896"},"modified":"2013-09-19T14:47:33","modified_gmt":"2013-09-19T19:47:33","slug":"our-neighbors-puppy","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/w0ep.us\/TM\/?p=1896","title":{"rendered":"Our Neighbor&#8217;s Puppy"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Our neighbor has a new puppy. \u00a0His name is Ocean. \u00a0He has a TON of energy. \u00a0He is a\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.akc.org\/breeds\/weimaraner\/index.cfm\">Weimaraner<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Ocean is about six months old now. \u00a0He does not get a great deal of attention at home. \u00a0This is sad. \u00a0He has become quite adept at slipping his collar and coming to our house to play with our Boxer, Paxton.<\/p>\n<p>Paxton will be four next March. \u00a0He is beginning to act more like a dog and less like a puppy. \u00a0His tolerance level for Ocean is getting shorter and shorter.<\/p>\n<p>Do not get me wrong, Paxton is happy to see Ocean come over to play, it is just that Paxton gets tired of Ocean&#8217;s company pretty fast. There has not been any nipping or anything because we keep a pretty close eye on the two.<\/p>\n<p>This morning my husband and I were ready to head on out the door for our morning run. \u00a0We got to the door and there was Ocean. \u00a0Jump! \u00a0Jump!! \u00a0Jump!!! \u00a0Can Paxton come out and play???<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Ocean, you need to go home!&#8221; we said. \u00a0But Ocean would not go home and there was no-body at home to make Ocean stay home. \u00a0Rats.<\/p>\n<p>That silly puppy followed us for our entire run! \u00a0I think he is still sleeping it off because we have not seen hide-nor-hair of him since we returned.<\/p>\n<p>Rest well, Ocean.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our neighbor has a new puppy. \u00a0His name is Ocean. \u00a0He has a TON of energy. \u00a0He is a\u00a0Weimaraner.
