{"id":1712,"date":"2013-07-01T16:53:47","date_gmt":"2013-07-01T21:53:47","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/w0ep.us\/TM\/?p=1712"},"modified":"2013-07-01T16:53:47","modified_gmt":"2013-07-01T21:53:47","slug":"marathon-training-week-3-day-1","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/w0ep.us\/TM\/?p=1712","title":{"rendered":"Marathon Training Week 3 Day 1"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Today&#8217;s Run: \u00a0Gardening.<\/p>\n<p>Today was supposed to be Week 3 Day 1 of my marathon training program. \u00a0Buzzzzz. \u00a0That did not happen.<\/p>\n<p>We (my husband and I) had a 12 mile run on Saturday with the running group. \u00a0During that run, like a dummy, I started curling my toes and ended up losing a toenail on my left foot. \u00a0Boo. \u00a0So, today, instead of my five mile run, I am &#8220;resting&#8221; my foot so I can run tomorrow and Wednesday, and Thursday&#8230;I know better than to do that. \u00a0Oh well&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>On a happier note, I finally got the hedges trimmed! \u00a0YAY!!! \u00a0It was a beautiful day today. \u00a0We only got up to 89 F.(?) and it was sunny and just perfect. \u00a0It went against everything I had to let a day like this to go to waste, so, I trimmed the hedges. \u00a0Oh boy!<\/p>\n<p>And finally, and without further ado: \u00a0Today is International Joke Day! \u00a0Send us your favorite jokes (clean?)! \u00a0I&#8217;ll start: \u00a0What did the buffalo say when dropping his boy off at school? \u00a0 Bison.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Today&#8217;s Run: \u00a0Gardening.
