{"id":1656,"date":"2013-06-14T10:38:41","date_gmt":"2013-06-14T15:38:41","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/w0ep.us\/TM\/?p=1656"},"modified":"2013-06-14T10:38:47","modified_gmt":"2013-06-14T15:38:47","slug":"macintyre-road","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/w0ep.us\/TM\/?p=1656","title":{"rendered":"MacIntyre Road"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Today&#8217;s Run \u00a06.50 miles<\/p>\n<p>We ran MacIntyre Road this morning and it was a lovely run! \u00a0The temp was only 76 F. and Humidity was 77%! \u00a0Perfect!!!<\/p>\n<p>We do not run MacIntyre very often. \u00a0It consists primarily of gravelly hills. \u00a0But it sure is pretty! \u00a0The trees canopy the road for the majority of the run. \u00a0Just beautiful. \u00a0In the Summer months that canopy brings much needed relief from the sun but it also brings out the insects. \u00a0Always remember to put on bug spray before you run this route!<\/p>\n<p>With the cooler temps and lower humidity, we decided to give it a try this morning. \u00a0What a great time we had! \u00a0You could not ask for a more pretty morning. \u00a0I had that song from the musical &#8220;Oklahoma&#8221; on the brain as we ran, &#8220;Oh, what a beautiful morning, Oh, what a beautiful day&#8230;&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>My husband sometimes takes pics of me as we run. \u00a0Someday, his phone camera is going to break, not from him dropping it, but because of taking pics of me. \u00a0Surely he could find better material of which to take pics. \u00a0(My husband was the photographer for our High School year book. \u00a0There were lots of pics of me in the year books, too \ud83d\ude42 \u00a0Anyway, I will share with you the pic from the run this morning.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/w0ep.us\/TM\/?attachment_id=1657\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-1657\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1657\" alt=\"IMG00850-20130614-0726\" src=\"http:\/\/w0ep.us\/TM\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/IMG00850-20130614-0726.jpg\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" srcset=\"http:\/\/w0ep.us\/TM\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/IMG00850-20130614-0726.jpg 1024w, http:\/\/w0ep.us\/TM\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/IMG00850-20130614-0726-300x225.jpg 300w, http:\/\/w0ep.us\/TM\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/IMG00850-20130614-0726-400x300.jpg 400w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Today&#8217;s Run \u00a06.50 miles We ran MacIntyre Road this morning and it was a lovely run! \u00a0The temp was only 76 F. and Humidity was 77%! \u00a0Perfect!!!
