Today’s Run: \u00a05.00 miles<\/p>\n
Today was National Running Day. \u00a0Did you participate??? \u00a0We ran 5 miles. \u00a0Planned on just doing 4 but over shot it a little bit. \u00a0Good for what ails you, right!?!<\/p>\n
Tomorrow, 5:30 am our flight leaves DIA (Denver Int’l Airport) homeward bound. \u00a0We have an hour layover in Dallas and should arrive (if all goes according to plan) at Jackson Int’l Airport (Jackson, Mississippi) at 11:30 am. \u00a0Nothing to it.<\/p>\n
Our daughter is driving us to DIA. \u00a0She lives about an hour from the airport so we are planning of leaving around 2:00 am to get there and park and get our tickets from the Kiosk~go through security, etc. so we can sit and wait…<\/p>\n
We are going to “Trivia Night” tonight, so we will not be going to bed (I have ever been to trivia night but our daughter really wants us to go, so, we go). \u00a0We are pulling an all nighter. I guess we will sleep on the plane.<\/p>\n
Our son is picking us up in Jackson. \u00a0My BIL is driving w\/our son so there will be two drivers for the trip to and from Jackson (2 1\/2 hrs of drive time). \u00a0I guess we can sleep in the car, too!<\/p>\n
This has been an awesome visit. \u00a0Our daughter just got promoted to General Manager of her restaurant. \u00a0That is HUGE! \u00a0We are very proud of her. \u00a0She is only 25 and that is a big deal! \u00a0She loves the car we brought her and it is a significant improvement over what she has been driving. \u00a0We are a little more comfortable with her on the road now. \u00a0Her 1983 Ford Ranger has multiple ailments and is about ready to, quite literally, fall apart.<\/p>\n
So, we will probably cry at the airport (I have waterproof mascara so that is okay \u00a0:). \u00a0She is doing awesome and has turned into an incredible woman.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
