{"id":158,"date":"2012-05-22T18:13:18","date_gmt":"2012-05-22T18:13:18","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/w0ep.us\/TM\/?p=158"},"modified":"2012-05-22T18:15:15","modified_gmt":"2012-05-22T18:15:15","slug":"planes-trains-and-automobiles","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/w0ep.us\/TM\/?p=158","title":{"rendered":"Planes, Trains and Automobiles"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Today&#8217;s Run: \u00a04:20 miles<\/p>\n<p>Today&#8217;s run was a little on the toasty side as we got started about an hour later than usual. \u00a0And as usual we saw a few automobiles and the people driving waved as they blew by us. \u00a0The people here are friendly.<\/p>\n<p>Sometimes, we see crop dusters. \u00a0Those are especially fun to watch as they buzz by and pass so low you think they will crash. \u00a0I always wonder what kind of crop they are dusting and if the product they are using will harm my bees.<\/p>\n<p>But today was a special day. \u00a0We ran to the &#8220;T&#8221; intersection. That route is a little over four miles round trip. \u00a0On this route we run across a set of rail road tracks. We have never seen any trains on those tracks and I guess I assumed that they were never used. \u00a0Never assume.<\/p>\n<p>Today we encountered a train! \u00a0Wow!! I was really tired and hoping that we would have to wait for the train to finish crossing.
