I was surprised to see who sent it. \u00a0She is a very nice lady and I quickly accepted her request. \u00a0Not soon after, I heard my laptop &#8220;beep&#8221; with a private message. \u00a0It was my new friend wanting to talk with me. \u00a0Interesting.<\/p>\n<p>The topic of conversation&#8230;well, she should have had me sit down first, that is all I can say. \u00a0See, they are starting a new magazine in the area in which I live and she wanted to know if I would be interested in writing an article for the magazine!. \u00a0Wow!!! \u00a0Of course I showed amazing restraint and waited all of three seconds before saying, &#8220;I would love to!&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>So, this evening, I have been writing and my husband has had his red pen out, marking up my prose. \u00a0I think it is livewithable (live-with-able) and we will see what the editor has to say. \u00a0A new experience to say the least. \u00a0Keep your fingers crossed!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Today&#8217;s Run: 3.56 miles \u00a0(Watson Road) Received a friend request on Facebook today.
