Today’s Run: \u00a060 min lifting at the “Y”<\/p>\n

There was a movie, from 1993 called “Grumpy Old Men”. \u00a0It starred Walter Matthau and Jack Lemmon. \u00a0It was a\u00a0surprise\u00a0box office hit. \u00a0It is my humble opinion that Walter Matthau had the corner market on playing grumpy old men.<\/p>\n

Remember the Odd Couple??? \u00a0Remember Dennis the Menace? \u00a0He basically played the same character over and over. \u00a0I dearly loved watching the man. \u00a0He was very funny (IMHO).<\/p>\n

For those of you unfamiliar with the premise of this movie, there are these two “mature” neighbors who have known each other their entire lives. \u00a0They have been rivals since one of them stole the other ones “girl”. \u00a0Despite their differences, both of the men lead pretty boring lives but share a mutual love of the Minnesota Winter pastime of ice fishing.<\/p>\n

So, I ran across this online. \u00a0It is an add for the\u00a0Minnesota tourism board for the 20th Annual Grumpy Old Men Festival and it cracked me up!<\/p>\n
