Today’s Run: 4.22 miles<\/p>\n

Cold Stone, Hot Stone. \u00a0No, that is not a contradiction, that is an ice cream sundae at Cold Stone ice cream shoppe. \u00a0And is it ever yummy!<\/p>\n

My husband received a gift card for Cold Stone from my sister and her family for his birthday *(((whisper))) last Nov.* and we finally used it today. Boy, was it every worth the wait!<\/p>\n

You see, there is not a Cold Stone here in Columbus where we live, but there is one in Starkville, where they live and we are there often. \u00a0The times that we are in town, however,Cold Stone has not been open yet. \u00a0Too early in the day. \u00a0Boo.<\/p>\n

Today, we were there, in Starkville, in the middle of the day and lo and behold, Cold Stone was open AND we had the gift card with us. \u00a0It was\u00a0providential!!! \u00a0So, we stopped and redeemed the gift card. \u00a0We both chose the Hot Stone Sundae. \u00a0My husband chose one flavor and I, a different one.<\/p>\n

He chose a warmed up brownie sundae. \u00a0I chose a chocolate chip cookie ice cream one. \u00a0And it was\u00a0infinitely superior. \u00a0Why? \u00a0Well, a brownie sundae is a brownie sundae. \u00a0Sure, they warmed up the brownie for you and gave you warmed up caramel and hot fudge sauce w\/pecans and whipped cream…<\/p>\n

But I got a warmed up chocolate chip cookie with warmed up chocolate chip cookie dough, double fudge chocolate ice cream with chocolate shaving, hot fudge, no nuts and no whipped cream, thank you (I am cannot eat nuts and I do not care for whipped cream).<\/p>\n
