Today’s Run: 50 min lifting at the “Y”<\/p>\n
This Saturday I hope to become the proud owner of laying hens. \u00a0Seeing as they will be members in good standing of the family, it seemed only right that they should have their own moniker.<\/p>\n
I have some friends on an online diet site called MyFitnessPal. \u00a0I presented this\u00a0dilemma\u00a0to them and they came through with flying colors with names for my hens. \u00a0They had 5 great\/awful names. \u00a0The only problem is that I am getting six hens. \u00a0I needed one more name. \u00a0I needed additional resources to come up with these names. \u00a0Enter Facebook.<\/p>\n
I posted this morning on Facebook that I was looking for a name for that one poor chicken who remained nameless. \u00a0The names I already had were:<\/p>\n
Atilla the Hen<\/p>\n
Cluck Norris<\/p>\n
Chewbucka<\/p>\n
Hen Solo<\/p>\n
Audrey Henburn<\/p>\n

I needed just one more name. \u00a0And boy, did I get a ton of really awful\/awesome names from my friends on Facebook. \u00a0Some of the suggested names were: \u00a0Hensel and Grittel, Dick Cluck, Cluck Fillet, Rooster Cogburn, Eggbert, Foghorn Leghorn, Lil’ Dumpling, Hen-ery, the list went on and on….but the winner for the name that chicken was. drum roll please…<\/p>\n
