We were coming home from Wal-Mart last night. When we got into the cattle neighborhood, about a mile from our house, there was one of the bulls standing in some sunlight. The pasture around him was dark and the trees behind were dark. It was quite a scene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
May 1st! I remember in elementary school making May Baskets. The idea was to put some candy in this little paper basket, put the basket on someone’s porch, ring the bell and run away. I don’t think I ever did that. Maybe… I don’t remember having done it. Anyway, we made May Baskets as the art project in school.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I’m getting used to my sleeping machine. I usually keep it on all night. Sometimes I wake up and need a break so I take it off for awhile. But I’ve been getting my 4 hours per night and am able to sleep with it on. I think I am sleeping better but I feel about the same amount of tired.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Our neighbors down the road have a very nice brown\/red Labrador dog. For about the last week he has been escaping almost every day and ending up at our house. He doesn’t stay, but he checks in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Today he showed up, maybe 9 am. He messed around awhile. I opened up the tailgate of my pickup truck and he jumped right in. I drove him over to his place. Haven’t seen him the rest of the day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I expect he is kind of an expensive dog. Fortunately we don’t have a lot of traffic here, someone would probably dognap him.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
