After they sorted out our medical insurance, they gave us each three shots:  covid update,  flu, and RSV.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yesterday (Tuesday) we both just kind of layed around and moaned&#8230; actually we both slept most of the day.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Today I took a shower and put in a good amount of work. even though my ears are still ringing and standing up is a bit of a challenge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I think tomorrow we should be back to normal with the addition of our new immunity superpowers.  No pain no gain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For a variety of reasons we didn&#8217;t make it to church on Sunday, and haven&#8217;t been to the gym now for a couple of weeks, and I&#8217;m probably off of running for another day or two.
