Last Friday my father-in-law started having some tummy trouble.  It got progressively worse on Saturday and he ended up in the hospital for 4 days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He did recover and all is well now.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But for Sunday through Tuesday I spent most of my day over at their house making sure that mother-in-law and uncle-in-law were getting fed and medicated and generally looked after.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They were actually easy to take care of.  They don&#8217;t have any difficult diet restrictions or anything like that, and they aren&#8217;t picky eaters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Everybody got along great.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But it was still nice to get him back from the hospital and get both households running in a more normal mode.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[Wednesday&#8217;s run: 3.2 miles] We&#8217;ve had an interesting week.
